#366 Newspaper Man

This man sat down at a nearby table at the Port Angeles library to read a newspaper.  I was able to sketch a few other victims- er, models, too!

  1. I can almost hear his paper rattle! Is this one done, or a work in progress? I like it the way it is... I always wonder why folks go to libraries and just read the paper!

    1. I will leave this one as is. I like reading magazines at libraries, because then there's less stuff to stack and recycle at home... maybe people feel that way about newspapers? I read those on-line, though.

    2. Yeah, that's sort of what I thought folks might do that don't want to subscribe to the paper. Read it online! I have a hard time reading online, for some reason. And the libraries don't seem to carry very many of the magazines I like to read. But it's looking like libraries are a great place to catch sketch subject-matter. You are really developing your figurative drawing practice nicely!
